After three years of collaborative research and piloting, InnWater invites you to its Final Event on Wednesday 4 February 2026 in Szolnok, Hungary (near Budapest). This public event will present the project’s final outcomes and open a discussion on how innovative governance and economic approaches can support stronger water management across Europe.
The Final Event is open to policymakers, water authorities, regulators, researchers, practitioners and civil society organisations, as well as anyone interested in decision-support approaches and the WEFE nexus. Throughout the day, we will share key results, highlight lessons learned from implementation in five pilot sites, and discuss how tools and methods developed within InnWater can inform decision-making, coordination and long-term action.
The event will run in a hybrid format: morning sessions will be available online and on site, while the afternoon will take place on site in Szolnok. The detailed agenda is available below this article.
